Frituur 't Pleintje — Restaurant in De Panne

Even though we only visited for a quick dinner while on the road with our family, we will remember this visit fondly. The man running it is a absolute polyglot (we overheard him serving others in Dutch, English, French and German). He served us with a big smile. And 30 minutes after departure we found out our toddler was missing her play animal, he even looked around the place we parked to make sure it wasn't there (we later found it in a hidden place in the car) - all while being very friendly and helpful. Wish we could give 6 stars...

This place has excellent food either to eat in or take away. The Belgian chips are lovely and crunchy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. They have a many different snacks typical for the area. I always stop here when I'm in the area and I would certainly recommend paying this...
