Burger King — Restaurant in Dilbeek

Here below on the photo uploaded, you will see an example of a BK Fusion Nutella that you will get at any other BK of the country. This is NOT the case for BurgerKing Groot Bijgaarden North! They will give you half of the normal doze with nutella spread outside the package and just a little in it. No topping of biscuits offered at Groot Bijgaarden North, like it is done on ALL the other burger kings. When I asked why so, they said BK fusion is not offered with biscuit topping. Be at least honest with your customers, say we don't have biscuits. When something breaks here, albeit BK or KFC (same franchise here), like the ordering kiosks, the beverage machines, the display screens,... it takes quite some time to get fixed. Also, while this is my go-to fast food restaurant and I live only 600 meters away, I have to drive over 20 km with my car to get there and back or, if I go on foot or bike, I have to cross some swamps. They forgot things in our order and gave us wrong items. They were very friendly though and corrected this quickly. Another positive is that they still give nice plastic toys in kids meals, where McDonalds seems to have switched to very cheap paper toys. The quality of the burgers is just not good, but that seems to be the case for BK in all of belgium.
