Pizza Hut Groot-Bijgaarden — Restaurant in Dilbeek

J’ai commandé 5 pizzas medium à l’avance par téléphone, et on m’a dit qu’elles seraient prêtes dans 15 minutes. Je suis donc arrivée 15 minutes plus tard, mais ils ne retrouvaient pas ma commande car ils avaient noté un mauvais prénom. Ce n’est pas très grave, car nous avons fini par la retrouver, mais j’ai quand même dû attendre encore 5 minutes. Ma cousine et moi avons donc patienté. Ensuite, nous sommes allées à la caisse, et là, on nous a dit que ce n’était toujours pas prêt. Nous avons alors attendu 30 minutes de plus, voire davantage, pour nos pizzas. Une fois rentrées chez nous, nous avons constaté que les pizzas étaient très petites, surtout par rapport à celles d’autres enseignes où nous avons déjà commandé. C’est vraiment dommage… Nous ne reviendrons malheureusement plus.

Ik had van tevoren telefonisch 5 medium pizza’s besteld, en men had mij gezegd dat ze over 15 minuten klaar zouden zijn. Dus ik kwam 15 minuten later aan, maar ze konden mijn bestelling niet terugvinden omdat mijn naam verkeerd was genoteerd. Dat was op zich niet erg, want uiteindelijk hebben we de bestelling toch gevonden, maar ik moest wel nog eens 5 minuten wachten. Mijn nicht en ik hebben dus gewacht. Toen we naar de kassa gingen, kregen we te horen dat het nog steeds niet klaar was. Uiteindelijk hebben we nog eens 30 minuten of zelfs langer gewacht op onze pizza’s. Eenmaal thuis merkten we dat de pizza’s erg klein waren, zeker vergeleken met die van andere zaken waar we al geweest zijn. Heel jammer, maar helaas komen we niet meer terug.

It wasn’t a big deal, since we eventually found the order, but I still had to wait another 5 minutes. My cousin and I waited patiently. Then, when we went to the counter, we were told the pizzas still weren’t ready. We ended up waiting another 30 minutes or even more. Once we got home, we noticed that the pizzas were very small compared to those from other places we’ve been to. It’s really unfortunate, but sadly, we won’t be...

We used to love going there. The last times we visited the establishment was obviously understaffed and could not handle the workload. We patiently waited 20 minutes and no one came to take our order. After watching a couple of tables that arrived after us give in their order first, we decided that it was time for us to leave. We will still order take away but I doubt if we will be visiting the restaurant...

Slow service. Average pizzas. Less choice in buffet. You have to wait a lot for buffet as soon there is a pizza it’s taken quickly as there are much people than pizzas :) paid around 42 eur with 3 persons to eat just a few average pizza slices and always the same ones! I used to like pizza hut but after my first and last time in this restaurant, I don’t think I am going to any pizza hut...
