After a few visits to this restaurant, the last one was disappointing never to return. After serving ourselves the buffet, I ordered a steak of 250 grams to the point, and it came burned on top, not passed inside. I tried to reveal it by removing the burnt crust. But that wasn't enough, while chewing, a hair or something like that was on the steak, and it was a terrible feeling, because I had to pull it from inside my mouth and it looked like this white thread would never end again. So I called the manager, to my surprise, she had a completely unprofessional behavior. He treated us as if this were invented, and merely said that there were no hair in the kitchen. So I asked, if I don't have long white hair, how did that hair end up in the flesh? And she merely said that she did not know and withdrew. At no point did I say sorry, I don't know what happened, can I help? Can I do something about it? nothing!!! We then left, without the desserts we had ordered on our menu, and she said she would give a discount. We were incredulous and offended, because she merely resolved the situation at a discount, as if it were something worthy of the part of the restaurant, and I repeat, NEVER an apology or consideration for customers. Went here on Thursday 9th of May, group of 6 people. It was calm, good seating, and an outside area. -- child-friendly -- when you get a menu (the entree/dessert buffet + a dish) the drinks are all-inclusive. The wine was okay. -- not for the spicy lovers -- the entree buffet has meat and fish options, potato/taboulé salad, and basic vegetables (carrot cucumber, tomato, salad). There was an Asian/Japanese theme, the onigiri type rice balls weren't too good, I could not try their noodles in broth since it was a beef broth. I think it's nice that they change some products through themes, but a lot of things are not labelled so if you have diet restrictions you will have to ask :) -- for the menu's several people wanted warm vegetables, but that was not possible. The mashed potato and jacket potato were good! -- service was kind and helpful. They ave explanations when we had questions about the menu, and when they brought one jacket potato too much instead of mashed potato they left the jacket potato and directly got some extra mashed potato. -- We didn't try the dessert buffet. Bonsoir. D'habitude, je ne fais aucun commentaire sur mes expériences en restaurant mais ici, je pense que cela le mérite. J'avais d'excellents souvenir de ce restaurant durant mon enfance et mes enfants souhaitaient absolument venir. Les commentaires extrêmement positifs, on y est allé le mercredi 30 juillet 2025.

Cuisine +/- correcte dans l'ensemble et on a bien mangé dans l'ensemble. Cependant, l'accueil et le service absolument désastreux.

On commande le menu complet entrée + plat + dessert mais la serveuse se trompe et ne compte pas l'entrée. Vous me direz pas de soucis dans l'ensemble. On le signale... mais on a pas de couteau comme il est servi avec le plat principal. On le signale à la serveuse qui n'a jamais apporté de couteaux pour qu'on puisse profiter de l'entrée. C'est peut être pas grand chose mais c'est beaucoup a partir du moment où le service ne nous permet pas de manger correctement. Finalement entrée expédiée.

Pour le plat principal.. sauce au poivre qui n'est pas au poivre et sauce béarnaise qui n'est pas béarnaise... triste ...

Plus de coca à 19h25.... on demande mais pas possible d'en obtenir...

Le restaurant n'est pas complet et il est 18h30. Je trouve pas ça une attitude normal. Ca a ete signalé à la serveuse qui n'a pas été relevé ni excusé.

L'addition compte un apéritif Sangria que j'avais commandé mais jamais reçu.....

Même ma fille de 12 ans se demande si c'est parce que on est francophones qu'on est accueilli ainsi. Ce que je ne pense absolument pas. Et je tiens à insister. Mais je trouve cela surprenant et vraiment domage.

En tout cas ... on ne reviendra pas. Je connaîs de bien meilleures...
