Very disappointing. Sure, the deco looks good. But the service is far below standard. Made reservation, but wasn't 'found in the system'... Luckily still got a table, but not in a polite manner. 5 different people asking us for our orders.. while there should be a system so only 1 waiter will provide our table. The foods are really not made by a skilled chef.. absolutely not. Probably a cheap labor student following a bad written manual. Our entreco was the worst.. asked for a 'well done', but got a very 'rare' baked meat. Definitely not what we ordered so we send it back. And surprisingly they rebaked the exact same piece (!). No restaurant of any decent rating would rebake the same piece meat. So we got it again and this time.. rare medium and dry and black on the outside. So we send it back again... And a 3th time we got the same piece of meat, baked 3 times.. this time no red but so dry and hard on the outside. It's hard to understand what they are thinking.. saving money on meat? They should get a new piece, bake it 1 time untill well done. It's so damm easy, almost hard to mess that up. Beside this, the spareribs are of cheap quality, no taste, covered by an over sweetened BBQ sauce to mask the poor sparerib. The side dishes we made with almost no effort. I don't understand, they lack the love for hospitality and the quality of food. Why a place like this still gets rating us unknown to me. Must be because of being an internal restaurant and terhills.. so customers will always come anyway. But if you have the opportunity, stay way here or only order the drinks.. assuming they...

Zunächst möchte ich voranschicken, dass jedem klar sein sollte, dass man in einem solchen Lokal die ‚Aussicht‘ mitbezahlt.
Preis: Teuer. An der Grenze zu überteuert.
Besuchszeit: Samstagabend, 18 Uhr mit Reservierung.
Wartezeit Getränke: Okay/Durchschnitt.
Wartezeit Essen: Starter/Hauptgerichte 45-60 Min. Hauptgericht 25 Min. Dessert 5-10 Min. Ok, angesichts des hohen Gästeaufkommens und des recht dünn besetzten Personals.
Personal: Freundlich, teils sehr langsam. Unaufmerksam. In der Preiskategorie: Schulnote ‚mangelhaft‘. Auf leere Gläser wurde gar nicht reagiert. Pizzareste sollten ‚to go‘ mit, es musste jedoch zweimal nach dem Karton gefragt werden.
Qualität Essen: Kindergericht 1: Curryworst met frietjes für 9.50€. Es kamen zwei Frikandeln mit Pommes, Ketchup und Mayo. Auf Nachfrage sagte man dies sei ‚Curryworst met frietjes‘. Vielleicht lag‘s auch an uns. Frikandeln waren geschmacklich in Ordnung, die Pommes eher unterdurchschnittlich. Kindergericht 2: Pizza Margherita für 11.50€. Kann man als lecker bezeichnen, Pizza aber eher American-Style statt Italian. Gericht 1: Vegetarische Burger für 22.50€. Verhältnismäßig kleiner Burger. Mit Pommes. Burgerpatty lecker. Sauce auch. Pommes eher unterdurchschnittlich. Zwiebel lecker. Insgesamt: Okay. Gericht 2: 3-Gänge-Menü für 37€. Starter: Thunfischtartar. Main: Steak mit Pfefferrahmsoße und Pommes. Dessert: Dame blanche. Thunfischtartar war ok. Keine Vergleichsmöglichkeit, da erstmals gegessen. Steak war auf den Punkt medium gebraten. Geschmacklich aber dennoch durchschnittlich. Pfeffersoße war ok. Pommes auch. Insgesamt: Durchschnitt. Dessert war der absolute Geschmackshammer. Dame blanche aus drei Kugeln Eis, einer Schokoladen Halbkugel, einem Gläschen warmer Schokosoße und einem Gläschen Schlagrahm. Wirklich sehr sehr lecker und absolut zu empfehlen!
Preis: 96.50€. Inkl. Zwei Fanta, einem Wasser, einem Apfelsaft und einem Eistee. Unter Berücksichtigung der Restaurantlage und dem Urlaubs-Bonus: Teuer, aber noch nicht überteuert.
Preis/Leistung: Schulnote ‚ausreichend‘. Ohne die Lage allerdings ‚mangelhaft‘ bis ‚ungenügend‘.
Weitere Anmerkungen: Hauptgerichte der anderen Gäste sollten gemeinsam mit meinem Starter gereicht werden, kamen jedoch 5-10 Minuten später. Schade. Insgesamt für uns persönlich zu lange Wartezeiten bzgl. des Essens (Ausnahme: Dessert).

The location is a bit of a double edged knife. It’s a super beautiful location completely surrounded by nature, but it’s also an alleyway for the guests of the hotel, who you inappropriately see passing through quite occasionally.
The service is subpar. We had to wait 15 minutes for soda. No one ever came to ask if everything is alright and if we wanted another beverage. You expect better at the price rate they’re operating at. When we asked for the bill, we had to wait so long that we had to ask someone else for the bill.
You’re also presented with the cruelty of lobster captivity. If you’re unlucky, you’ll have the tank right beside your table so that you’ll have to watch them sitting in a cramped space with their claws banded waiting for their imminent death.
