Very nice looking place and the food also looked good for those who were able to eat… After an hour of hiking in the heat while there are no other food places around, it was a great disappointment to discover that this place does not serve food to those who have no reservation. Not even for takeaway. So don’t count on walking in and being able to eat at this place.
As the kind gentleman explained to us and as written in their replies to other reviews, they buy their ingredients fresh according to the number of reservations thus can only serve food to those customers. Quite difficult to understand considering they have no way of knowing what customers will order beforehand. Surely they could find some extra slices of bread, cheese and ham in the fridge for the hundreds of tired and hungry hikers which pass by their establishment mid hike.
