Govinda's — Restaurant in Durbuy

The price for just a thali (18 euros) is too high, the hygene in the restaurant is way below what I would expect, like the staff doesn´t seem to bother about the flies and wasps in the Summer...also the toilets in the restaurant are only reachable by stairs so calling the restaurant ''wheelchair friendly'' is not a good thing.... please fix these issues...Also the staff does NOT know what cane sugar is....It is a fact that cane sugar is healthier than white sugar....The food was very common/boring, like the dahl only had peas and the vegtables mix also had too much peas and the food doesn't have any spices (in my opinion) which makes the food quite distasteful.... Swami Prabhupada wouldn't have never wanted that this spiritual centre turned into a commercial filling pockets centre.... In Poland for example you get a full meal for the price that's here for a thali.... sorry...

This restaurant is selling vegetarian tali (rice and watery dal)that is tasteless and not worth spending 18 euro. We also tried samosa it was again not good in taste and so hard to eat. I punched the samosa so that it becomes soft. It’s true we are going Radhadesh for Krishna darshan not to eat but being a human we feel hunger and that’s why I must say take your own food with you and order just drinks from this restaurant. The restaurant owner must change the chef and improve the quality food. Otherwise shut down this time pass thing that is spoiling moods after the wonderful darshan of Krishna.

Please change the name of your restaurant from Govinda to something else because your quality of food and excuse (lack of worker)cause damage to...

I will not complain about the price like others have. I think it's subjective and is not a big deal if the food is good. I found the thali really lacking and tasteless. The rice was undercooked and the pakora was below average as well. The dal was really bland and the caroot col coleslaw didn't taste fresh. If you are looking for a place that serves good indian food, then you should avoid this place. If you are in Radha Desh then this is your only nearest option and you...
