Really bad Burger King place, the worst i seen until now. Stopped there from a 5 hour driving thinking that we would have a decent meal but i was wrong. When we really looked was to late, we had made the order. 5 persons on the 1st of July around to 21:30 the only 1 person working and still was talking was the one making the burguers that's why they came burned, cold and with the cheese without being melted. The whole place was dirty, full of liquids on the floor, dirty tables, no warning sign because of the wet floor and this with the manager on the site and not giving any order to clean the place. Asked him if his house was like that cause for him to be a Burger King manager the place was dirty, the hamburguers were cold, burned. The fries that we asked with cheese and bacon came without bacon and with a bit of melted cheese and so we had to complaint. The "excuse" was that they had a lot of work on this day, he didn't had enough staff LOL REALLY!! 4 persons talking insted of cleaning and make the customers pleased with "their" Burger King. The persons that work there talk too much and they were like flies wondering what to do but not leaving the kitchen for nothing. They were lost in that place, really. For all that me and wife seen was that this Burger King doesn't have any neatness, any quality on any department. We were customers...

Slowest food along the E40. Spent an hour waiting for a burger. I still don’t have it. This is a live report from the queue. The people in line are starting to bond. A riot may be brewing. A lady is adamantly asking for a refund. The manager accidentally stepped on a customer’s clean sneaker. It left a black greasy mark. This guy isn’t having it. His burger better come up next. Why was the manager out among the customers in the first place? Because he was refilling someone’s ketchup at the table straight from the “behind the counter bottle”. Because as it turned out, that order was messed up too. Crazy stuff. A moment ago the manager handed out a free hamburger to a young girl who wanted to order, but he doesn’t want new orders. He just took a burger from the kitchen and handed it to her. I promise I’m making zero of this up. New info is popping up: A customer just yelled that it was the same “shit” yesterday. He also just wants his money back. Which the manager can’t give. Curious what he will come up with next. Now get this, they guy calling out the numbers keeps confidently calling out 23. The order next on the screen is 32. We just started shouting back the right numbers. So overall, one star. The star is for entertainment,...

A terrible experience! If you are there and there are many people waiting, just leave. We waited for more than an hour for our order on a Monday 21:00! The whole crew looked overwhelmed and it was clear that the manager just lost control of the situation. Orders were coming in, hamburgers and fries were piling up but no one was there to deliver them quickly. On top of that, customers were complaining about missing items and by that slowing the service even more. At one point customers were asking for their money back. Even when we got our order, there were mistakes in it and it was clear that the crew just picked from the many hamburgers piled up without making sure that the hamburger I had requested (without some ingredients I have asked to remove), just randomly. Imagine if it happened to a person with allergies! Also the fries were cold and the cheese (that I did not ask for) was not melted at all. To summarize, it was total chaos and definitely the worst experience we encountered in a Burger King or any other fast-food restaurant.

what's going on with the toilets on 5 3 open toilets board broken in one of these 3 additionally the other 2 are unusable why the customer is cheated and has to pay for it is robbing people in broad daylight!!! if you give such conditions then you shouldn't have any fee there... nothing... that in a civilized world where everyone expects drivers to be polite and that they will not walk in the "bushes", "self-respecting" gas stations are not able to provide a minimum minimum of sanitary conditions .... an embarrassment!!!!

what's going on with the toilets on 5 3 open toilets board broken in one of these 3 additionally the other 2 are unusable why the customer is cheated and has to pay for it is robbing people in broad daylight!!! if you give such conditions then you shouldn't have any fee there... nothing... that in a civilized world where everyone expects drivers to be polite and that they will not walk in the "bushes", "self-respecting" gas stations are not able to provide a minimum minimum of sanitary conditions .... an embarrassment!!!!
