The staff are welcoming, friendly and ready to help all guests as they come in. If you need help, just ask anyone with the brand Uniform and be sure to get immediate help.

They are building the branch to a very high standard that truly represents the Brand Standard. The team is absolutely to he appreciated this time.

The food is often warm and tasty. People often thing that the bacon in the burgers is already well cooked. This is not according to the procedures of the Brand as they do not cook bacon before. Also, the cheese is often not melted before it is served. The warm meat patty in the burger melts the cheese to the edible form as we all may want.

The environment is often very clean. The staff frequent the lobby and terrace to make it properly cleans and to help guests who may need help. The freestyles machines are well taken care of and the tables and benches with the garbage bins are all often attended to. This is really how it should be.

Sometimes, we may think that EVERYTIME, things must be the same. I think that it sometimes can be hard on the team with the number of guests that visit during busy hours. As guests, we will sometimes understand the points of the team.

When guests complain about issues, this is often immediately addressed. I learned that there are procedures with everything at Burger King. This means that, sometimes, they must watch the procedures to address some issues.

Guests are able to have their meeting in the lobby while chilling in a clean environment with a cup of Coca Cola or Sprite.

Generally, I personally find this place as outstanding as the obvious compared to the many places I have visited. You all can always give it a try with your families or friends or by yourself to have a moment, break, lunch, dinner or even to ask for a job...

Je vous écris pour exprimer ma profonde déception et mon mécontentement à la suite de ma récente visite dans votre établissement, situé [ Drongen Nord ], le 8/07 à 12h15. Je suis un client régulier de votre restaurant, mais l'expérience que j'ai vécue cette fois-ci a été extrêmement décevante et inacceptable.

Lors de ma visite, j'ai passé une commande comprenant un burger avec une tranche de fromage supplémentaire, pour laquelle j'ai été facturé 1,75€. Malheureusement, à ma grande surprise, j'ai découvert en vérifiant ma commande que la tranche de fromage était absente de mon burger. J'ai immédiatement signalé cette erreur à l'un de vos employés et je lui ai demandé de bien vouloir rectifier la situation.

Cependant, au lieu de s'excuser pour cette erreur et de prendre les mesures nécessaires pour corriger ma commande, le manager en question, nommé Cuttbert, a fait preuve d'un manque total de professionnalisme et d'un comportement irrespectueux envers moi. Il a été hautain et a refusé de corriger l'erreur, malgré ma demande polie et mes explications claires. En fin de compte, il a ajouté une tranche de fromage froide et non cuite à mon burger, ce qui a rendu le repas désagréable.

Non seulement cet incident a affecté la qualité de mon repas, mais il a également entaché mon expérience en tant que client fidèle de votre restaurant. J'ai toujours apprécié la qualité de vos produits et le service amical que je recevais auparavant, mais cette expérience m'a laissé une impression très négative. Je trouve inadmissible de devoir payer un supplément pour une tranche de fromage et de recevoir un service aussi méprisant en retour.

En tant que client, je m'attendais à un niveau de service et de respect minimums. Votre personnel est censé traiter les clients de manière professionnelle et courtoise, quelles que soient les circonstances. Malheureusement, cela n'a pas été le cas lors de ma visite, et cela reflète une défaillance grave dans vos normes de service.

Je tiens à souligner que cet incident m'a profondément déçu et mécontent, au point de décider de ne plus fréquenter votre restaurant à l'avenir. Je suis convaincu qu'un établissement réputé comme le vôtre devrait accorder une attention particulière à la satisfaction de ses clients et à la qualité de son service.

Dans l'espoir que vous preniez cette plainte au sérieux, je vous demande de prendre les mesures nécessaires pour rectifier cette situation. J'aimerais recevoir des excuses pour le comportement de monsieur Cuttbert ainsi qu'une assurance que des mesures seront prises pour éviter que de tels incidents ne se reproduisent à l'avenir.
