We were hungry after 5 hours of hiking and this cottage was the first option where to go. We respected the sign saying to wait on the staff. We waited there almost 15 minutes when suddenly the waitress came just to ask if we have a reservation and rejected us. The cottage was almost empty. This was very disappointed experience for me. No solutions, no pro-customer oriented at all. Thus I didn't get a chance to try and evaluate their food, only bad service and communication with potential customer. (8 people and 1 dog) I recommend coming in the weekends and at 13:00 it wasn't empty but there were tables They let us in and reservation was not needed. Food was great!!
