L'atelier Du Pain — Restaurant in Jodoigne

Very bad bakery… I have been there once to buy some pastries and they were really not tasty.

But 2 days ago I had the idea of going back again and order a personalized cake for my husband’s birthday… since they are professional bakers I thought they could do it and so I went and asked and I showed them the design, sent photos on WhatsApp and asked for the price, she said it would be 20-30€ max.

I went back the next morning to pick up the cake… I was so disappointed when I saw it that my face turned red immediately. I’m going to put the photo as well so everyone can see how incompetent these people are.

If you were not able to make the cake why did you waste my time and ruined my husband’s birthday? They should have just said “sorry, we are not able to make this kind of cake” and that’s it, I would’ve gone to find someone who can.

And also to my surprise the price was 40€ for that small cake for 6 persons.

They called the manager and were rude to me, they said they couldn’t change anything and if I wanted to take it and if not don’t. So of course I...

Bonjour, J'adore votre magasin, j'adore vos produits, mais depuis un moment dans le magasin de Jodoigne, la vente de sandwichs s'arrete à partir de 13h. En demandant, on m'a répondu qu'elles préfèrent de nettoyer et ranger plus tot parce qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde. Je trouve que c'est très regrettable. Les horaires sont affichés jusqu'à 18h et les sandwichs devraient être disponibles jusqu'à cette heure là. Par comparaison, à l'atelier du Pain de Perwez c'est comme ça que ça se passe. Bravo à eux! Pourtant Jodoigne est plus proche. Y a t-il quelque-chose à faire pour régler cette situation? Vos sandwich sont vraiment excellents et vous allez perdre des clients ainsi....

Malgré que je sois un client fidèle, certaines tartes ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce qu'on peut espérer acheter à l'atelier du pain.

Je suis par exemple venu acheter une tarte aux pommes pour 14,5€ qui n'était vraiment pas bonne.

D'une part, cette tarte ne valait pas du tout son prix. D'autre part, la tarte était cramée et proposer des tartes qui sont cramées manque de professionnalisme.

Bref, heureusement que les viennoiseries (dont je doute de l'origine)...
