Really unfriendly service. When we ordered they told us it would be ready in an hour but when we arrived we had to wait for an extra 2 hours. When we asked them how long it would take they got really defensive. Then we asked them whether they already started preparing the food, because we didn't want to wait any longer. They simply refused to answer. When we finally got our food they didn't even apologize so then we asked whether there would be any reimbursement for waiting 3 hours. My boyfriend, Yeonjun, and I came the other day to try the Chou Mien after we heard excellent reviews from our friends, Ene, Eclipse, Jake, and Chanhee! We were definitely not disappointed! The way the flavour bursts in your mouth when you bite into it, yum indeed! This is coupled with the lovely atmosphere and cozy location. Kudos especially to to the young asian girl who was so patient and helpful! She is truly a lovely gem who made our experience eating here so wonderful, bless her heart. It was my first time ever here with my husband Jake, and I absolutely loved it! The service was kind and my food arrived extremely bloody quick! Even my husband was surprised with how kind the staff were and how helpful they were.
