Decent coffee, nice chai tea, we'll go here again, because the location is very practical. But can't say it's as recommended as people make it to be. The food prices are very high when considering what you get. Especially the pie prices. Even in Paris or Disneyland a piece of pie costs less and they weren't anything special. The seats are good, tables available and also low couches. While we did see people not sitting too conveniently, due to the couches being too low, so knees are to high. But, for reading a book, drinking and not eating, it's great. The staff is friendly and we were happy to see dogs are NOT allowed. This should be by default in every eating facility. Keep them outside. People that complain cause their dog can't come in, leave your animal at home or outside, it doesn't belong here. Recommended due to nice coffee...

Je vous écris pour exprimer ma profonde déception concernant mon expérience récente chez MOMBASA COFFEEMAKERRS. Le jeudi 22 août 2024, je me suis rendu au magasin avec ma fille et son chien d’assistance émotionnelle. Nous avons été accueillis de manière extrêmement désobligeante par la gérante ou le responsable de l’établissement, malgré le fait que nous soyons des clients fidèles depuis l’ouverture du magasin.

Ma fille possède tous les documents nécessaires pour prouver que son chien est bien dressé et qu’il s’agit d’un chien d’assistance émotionnelle. Je trouve donc le comportement de la gérante ou du responsable totalement inacceptable, d’autant plus qu’il est clairement indiqué à l’entrée du magasin que les chiens d’assistance sont autorisés.

Je me réserve le droit de déposer une plainte auprès des autorités judiciaires compétentes, car cette situation est non seulement inacceptable, mais aussi discriminatoire. J’espère que vous prendrez les mesures nécessaires pour éviter que de telles situations ne se reproduisent à l’avenir. Op donderdag 22 augustus 2024 ging ik met mijn dochter en haar emotionele hulphond naar de winkel. We werden op uiterst denigrerende wijze begroet door de manager van het etablissement, ondanks het feit dat we sinds de opening van de winkel trouwe klanten zijn.

Mijn dochter heeft alle benodigde documentatie om te bewijzen dat haar hond goed is opgeleid en een emotionele hulphond is. Ik vind het gedrag van de beheerder dan ook volstrekt onaanvaardbaar, vooral omdat bij de ingang van de winkel duidelijk aangegeven staat dat hulphonden zijn toegestaan.

We went here with a large group of about 14 people. We called beforehand and made sure to choose from a small menu of soup and bread.
