An excellent restaurant, the food was very interesting and the waitress extremely attentive. We had a starter and main course from the the menu du marche, both delicious. There was a nice surprise for "mise en bouche" to start with and then lemonchello baba and a canelle served...

At first, this place felt like a step back in time, to a place that had perhaps had its day. But the service was impeccable and the food was superb. The price for 6 courses of high end cooking, aperitif and coffee was frankly too small! Highly recommended for those who love...

Menu Saint Vallentin a 59€ etait une catastrophe ... tromperie totale, a ce prix la , on aimerait s attendre a avoir des ingrédients au top, parlons de la langoustine en tartare, 2cm de diamètre sans aucun goût et pas d une fraîcheur exceptionnelle, le homard, sur un dôme de fettuccine non cuite trônait 1cm de homard élastique , seul la tranche de poitrine de canard était excellente, malheureusement accompagnement médiocre.. Un feu ouvert qui refoule toute la soirée, masque à gaz à conseiller... A ne pas...
