I do NOT recommend to come here if you are vegetarian !!!! The menus do not list the ingredients of each dish so you can't truly be sure of what exactly you are ordering and you might be served something non-vegetarian and the staff will simply not care!
As a vegetarian of 7 years I was completely shocked when I ordered the Mushroom soup as when I was eating the mushrooms & slurping the broth i discovered that it had some pieces of shredded chicken in it 😐 It put me off completely. When I spoke to the manager about this, i was simply told "every chinese restaurant does their dishes differently" ... I had previously asked what was in the soup and was never told it had meat in it... The ingredients of this soup are not listed on their menus either...
Also on arrival we were sat at a lovely table and it was empty, and apparently was the spare table for guests who didn't have a booking. After 20 minutes of being sat and had already been served our drinks, we were told to move to a separate room as the manager decided that our table was going to be given to some guests who had a reservation, not a large group may I add. We were then moved to the back room where it was cold & there was no heating on. After 30 minutes the people who were sat at the table we were sat at originally moved as they decided that they didn't like the table and ended up being sat in the cold back room with us 💀

Read moreOld style Chinese restaurant that has not changed since it opened a generation ago. This is a well kept and run family restaurant. The atmosphere is still reminiscent of a perception of China in the 60s. If you are into nostalgia and remember these from your childhood this is the place for you. The food is euro/Chinese but well executed. The service is attentive and friendly. Most customers are long...
