Everything would be great if the bakery workers knew what hygiene is. We had really liked the baisers here and started buying them 15-20 at a time. One day, one of the employees put the baisers into the box with her bare hands. The next time I told another employee (apparently the main one there) about this, and from her reaction it seemed to me that this was not customary among them, and the situation would be corrected. After this conversation of mine with that elderly woman, all the employees put our baisers into boxes, disappearing into another room. Once, having bought my 20 baisers as usual, I also asked for bread from the counter. A blue-eyed young brunette took the bread with her bare hands and wanted to put it into the bag, but I stopped her, saying that I had changed my mind. We didn't go there for several days. Today my husband entered this bakery in the hope that there would be another saleswoman there. There was another saleswoman (a young plump woman). But she also put the baisers into the box with her bare hands. My husband felt uncomfortable saying anything. Dear employees of the "Gourmandise"! Now we think that every time you went to another room, you also put everything there for us with your bare hands((( It is not good! You need to wear gloves when baking bread and cakes for other people, and you need to lay out and sell them not with your bare hands, but with pastry tongs or wearing gloves on your hands. Commentaire le plus honnête en fonction de l'expérience. La boulangerie est tout à fait correcte, le personnel l'est tout autant. Par contre, le temps d'attente est horriblement long surtout depuis l'extérieur! Quant au pain, il est très frais sauf les pains pré-coupés emballés, lorsque j'en ai fait la fâcheuse expérience, dans des sacs jaunes. Malheureusement, un probable invendu de la veille dont j'ai...
