Very beautiful place that leads to disappointment. We understand it was a busy night, and we waited for a long time. Next to us was a big table of around 10 people, all grown ups, and then in another table a seperate family of 4 with 2 small kids. While the table of 10 was served promptly and quickly receiving attention of the waiters, the poor children looked like they were going to cry from hunger from waiting so long. It was truly heartbreaking. When we finally got our food after an hour of waiting, it was definetly a huge disappointment for the wait. My truffle pasta, although a huge portion, I didnt even eat half because of the lack of taste. Looks like the chef forgot the importance of putting some salt on the food. Very terrified experience, absolutely dont recommend, i finish my lunch without the drinks have arrived on the table, i end up having lunch without drinks. Waiting time more than 1,5 hours. I was complaining and the restaurant manager was quite aggressive almost forcing me to apologise my self. On the way out some others costumers they agree with me, there experience was similar to my. Bel endroit, ils sont gentils mais ils ne sont pas efficaces DU TOUT.

Trois membres du personnel nous saluent, mais personne ne nous demande ce que nous faisons là… la quatrième s’en vient parce qu’elle voit que personne ne nous a demandé si on souhaitait manger ou boire quelque chose, mais ce n’est pas à elle de prendre notre commande. Au final, nous finissons par réussir à commander auprès de la cinquième personne qui a été appelée par la quatrième. 20minutes plus tard.

Nous recevons finalement nos verres et commandons un planche apéro.

On vient nous servir des plats qui ne sont pas pour nous…

Au moment où la planche apéro arrive, nos apéritifs sont quasiment terminés et après deux minutes de planche apéro … les plats arrivent. Ils se rendent compte donc les retournent en cuisine, mais en réalité uniquement pour les poser sur le côté le temps que nous soyons prêts.

Nous recevons nos plats complètement froids (sans exagérer), que nous renvoyons car impossible à manger.

Au final les plats sont refaits, nous recevons une bouteille de vin fermée avec les verres à vin et une bouteille d’eau sans verres à eau…..

On nous demande si nous voulons voir la carte des desserts, mais sans l’amener avant 15minutes.

Au final, on nous amène les cafés avec les digestifs mais sans savoir lequel est lequel, « oh ben faut goûter .. ».

Finalement, nous rentrons dans le restaurant pour réclamer l’addition… on partait sans payer c’était pareil, vu qu’on nous avait totalement oublié. Pas de geste commercial, malgré le fait qu’on ai eu l’impression d’être la table « test catastrophe» tout du long…

Bref on a mangé, on s’est bien énervés mais le bâtiment et la vue...
