Went there on a Friday for lunch, it was excellent. They were very patient with explaining things, and also flexible with the food and to leave things out where needed (eg no coriander or capsicum/red bell pepper).
There's also a bunch of vegetarian options (although, beware, some things that are indicated as vegetarian do have shrimp paste in them, which actually makes them not vegetarian), and upon request, many of the vegetarian items could be prepared vegan.
The portions were generous. It opened up a new cuisine for my parents, and they will go back.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Lately, we have extra questions/requirements about the ingredients (concerning a food allergy). And they were all met! A big thank you to the staff (restaurant and kitchen).
