Burger King — Restaurant in Ostend

Today i am very disappointed when i went to the burger king with my family and i have noticed a incident that one guy from takeaway came to pick up food from there and at that time there is quit rush in the restaurant and he wait at side first standing and then after 15 minutes he just sit on the chair and then one 50s year man with grey shirt from burger king shouted very rudely to the that takeaway guy to stand up from the chair and stand at side.i think that delivery guy was really embarrassed and didnt said any single thing back and stand up from that chair and stand at side. I think that man was manager or something in burger king but i am not sure..but its not the way to talk with that takeaway guy like that. He is also working hard to earn money and you should respect that delivery guy too..respect...

I had a good experience at this fast-food. More healthy and tasty than others. At toilets they need to work little bit more to remove the bad smell on hol (between restaurant and toilets). In toilets it's ok. They have a new system for cleaning your hands - combi-system - washing and drying at same sink. Maybe is better to put a picture how to be use it. For me ot wasn't a problem because I realized how to use it, but a friend of mine who was with me, didn't realized where is machine for drying the hands. He thought that they don't have...

I've always found staff to be friendly, there is the occasional missed item when ordering, usually a drink or sauce when ordering take out. Honestly nothing out of the ordinary, people make mistakes. The food is tasty and the deals are great value for money, but it's also quite repetitive. The flame grilled burger overpowers most varieties of toppings that should set it apart from the basic whopper, which has become my default order. Can't say much about the atmosphere as I either do pickup or visit...
