Nathalie, the host, runs the floor with warmth and grace. She’s present, thoughtful, and genuinely passionate. Her husband, working behind the counter, lets the food speak. Each dish on the menu is a quiet celebration of freshness and restraint—from the subtle acidity of the vlaswijting with daikon to the rich simplicity of langoustines and pasta. The Catch of the Day, with its espuma bouillabaisse and crisp asparagus, was a standout in both texture and flavor. Dessert—strawberries with ruby chocolate, lemon, and elderflower—was a final, fragrant note that closed the meal perfectly.

It's basically a must. The hostess, Nathalie, is one of the best people I have ever had the opportunity to communicate with. She is a delight! A wonderful, intelligent woman who helps you enjoy your culinary journey along the way.
