Mixed feelings about this place. The food was really good. The burgers were tasty and the fries crunchy. The pita bread was also really good and filling. Nonetheless, the service was terrible! There were only 3 people and the place was full. It took forever for the waiter to come take our order and then another forever to bring the drinks. Let’s not talk about getting the food because that was another lifetime. Moreover, they forgot the drink and food of one person and we had to find the waiter TWICE because they forgot twice. They were really friendly and apologized several times. It was crowded and understaffed. It was also too loud, we had to shout in order to communicate with one another. Fine for college students who want big meals. Not fine for families looking to have good food. Fries are frozen and awful. Burrito was enormous but no good: what is the wrap made of? One good thing was the skirt steak - that was decent. The draught Stella was also ok. Friendly staff, until we realized we had ordered the "steak americaine" listed in the burger section of the menu thinking it was a "burger" - of course it was a raw meat melange - which they huffed and puffed about replacing with a real burger. J'avais mis 5 étoiles il y a un an. Aujourd'hui j'en mets timidement 2.

Plusieurs tables étaient disponibles et nous avons reçu la moins bien placée (les autres non même jamais été utilisées de la soirée)

La musique était ou trop forte ou coupée. Soit, nous étions là pour manger et boire.

C'est justement là que le bas blesse. Nous avons commandé un burger de la maison 15€. Il était bon. C'était bien la seule chose correcte de la soirée. En plus du burger nous avons commandé un supplément onions ring 4.5€ pour 3 rings (voir photo, on en avait déjà goûté un :D) En plus de ça nous avons pris le plateau nacho royal 9€. Il était bien garni mais prévu avec du guacamole pour pas que ce ne soit trop sec. Celui-ci n'est jamais arrivé et quand nous avons demandé pourquoi on nous a dit que la carte avait changé et qu'il n'y en avait plus (rien ne nous a été signalé et il est indiqué sur chaque carte...) Nous avons pris un quart de vin de la maison à 6.5 € (qui était juste passable).

Nourriture juste correcte, service client honteux et ambiance désagréable.
