Vrijdagavond zijn mijn vriendin Elly en ik heerlijk gaan tafelen bij Bo in Bistro ’T Dorp. Al vanaf het eerste moment werden we warm onthaald door Joske – een gastvrouw die niet alleen vriendelijk is, maar ook precies weet hoe je iemand met een glimlach laat genieten.

We startten met twee glaasjes rode wijn, die perfect paste bij ons romantisch avondje. Daarna volgde de pasta ’T Dorp… en wauw! Je proefde letterlijk de liefde in elke hap. Zo’n gerecht maakt je stil – en dat gebeurt bij mij niet vaak. 😉

Ik zocht verkoeling in een klassieke dame blanche met zwoele chocolade die elegant over het ijs stroomde. Elly koos voor een Baileys-koffie en keek daarbij alsof ze haar eerste crush opnieuw ontmoette.
