La Tanjia — Restaurant in Sambreville

La Tanjia was the best restaurant we ever been to. The food was so nice especially the tajine. They had different ones. If you’re with a group, order all the tajines and share so you can taste everything. The drinks on the menu were also nice, if you dont like alcohol try the smoothie ones. But if you do like alcohol try the cocktails. They have different ones, we have tried the cosmopolitan en the tequila sunrise. I never had a cocktail that was served so beautifully. The whole place is a reflection of Morocco. They paintings they have are so beautiful, from the amazing smell of incense in the toilet. The people that worked there were so nice and wonderfull. I have never had a service like this. We’re definitely going back. Also if you go for lunch you can sit at the rooftop with a beautiful view. If i could give more stars i would! Tonight's dinner is on the terrace overlooking Jemaa el Fna at Le Tanjia. Traditional Moroccan foods featuring an assortment of Moroccan salads that are always a nice surprise. The salads are served in several small bowls and consist of marinated vegetables, tomatoes, beets, cous cous, cucumber and onion, eggplant, roasted peppers, lentils, and olives, you never know what combination or surprises you will get. difficile d'émettre un avis car nous avions réservé pour ce dimanche 19 juillet via La Fourchette et que ne fut pas notre surprise de voir le restaurant fermé du 19 au 22 juillet lorsque nous sommes arrivés !!! Aucun message de la part du restaurant, ç'aurait pourtant été la moindre des choses...

Je vois seulement la réponse du propriétaire du restaurant. Je suis désolée de cette mauvaise note (1) mais j'étais exaspérée d'avoir fait le chemin pour rien. Nous y allons dimanche c'est donc que je tiens vraiment à tester ce restaurant dont les avis sont excellents .

Suite de mon commentaire : suite échange très sympathique par téléphone avec les propriétaires concernant ma mauvaise note, il apparaît qu'il y a eut un souci avec le site de réservation The Fork. Une mauvaise communication, problème d'application.... Je ne manquerai pas d'émettre un nouvel avis après ma réservation de ce dimanche 6/09.

Ce 6/09 enfin nous sommes là ! Très belle découverte. Accueil très sympathique par le patron. Service au top et très attentionné. Cuisine goûteuse et généreuse. Couscous et tajine délicieux. Très bon vin et thé à la menthe comme là bas. Nous y retournerons c'est sûr et cette fois nous...
