One of my worst experiences in my many years living in Brussels. Despite being surrounded by the most wannabe rich, pretentious people I’ve ever had the displeasure of being around and the impersonal service - including bringing us a bottle of warm rosé in a bucket of lukewarm water with no ice - my friends and I made the most of the time together and just laughed it off. This, however, was ruined by the ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING behaviour of the staff when it came close to closing time. We were packing up and getting ready to leave, some of us with masks already on, ready to stand up, when a member of the staff - feeling very self-important dressed in his suit - approached us and told us we had to leave immediately and that we were being disrespectful. We explained that we knew and we were getting ready, we just had a last sip of our overpriced drink left, but he continued to berate us and very quickly came to full on SHOUTING at us that we needed to “leave immediately”, that “we were no longer welcome here”, that we were “breaking rules and being disrespectful”, what “he didn’t know us and so he needed us to leave”, etc etc… and guess what? We were only the 10th table he told this to. There were st least 100+ people still left at the venue, many still with full drinks, that were not being told to leave. That were not being yelled at and belittled. This altercation lasted over 10 minutes… including his wagging his finger in my friends face as he shouted… without a mask on and absolutely NO RESPECT for any Covid-19 restrictions… 10 minutes he could have spent telling other tables to leave. Clearly yelling at 4 women was much more appealing than doing his job professionally. I am shocked and disgusted and to be honest regret spending any money or time in this horrific establishment. The “security” (also maskless) as not helpful either.. mostly just mocking and sending off their wannabe rich customers with hugs. I guess those were the people “he knew” that didn’t get yelled at, despite it now being close to midnight. Don’t bother coming here.. the management doesn’t care and they’re happily enjoying the money we dropped on their overpriced, mediocre stuff while we remain in shock over our...
Read moreTerrible Experience for Our Birthday Party Reservation
We made a reservation for a birthday party and were extremely disappointed with the service we received. Despite booking an area for 20 people, the space provided could barely fit 10-12 people. When we pointed this out, they initially tried to seat the rest of our party in a different area, which was completely unacceptable.
After much discussion, they reluctantly gave us stools to accommodate everyone. This was highly frustrating considering we paid €350 just for the seating reservation and a few drinks included. Instead of apologizing, the staff responded in an extremely rude manner, stating, "This is the best we can do." When I pointed out their tone, they bluntly told us, "This is what you get, take it or leave it."
Leaving with 20 people on a Saturday night was not an option, so we were forced to stay and endure the terrible service. This was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone planning a...
Read moreSmoking is allowed throughout the place! They forbid smoking inside for health reasons but outside its ok? I smelled like an ashtray and its horrible while you eat. The food was great I had bio ravioli and tiramisu. The waiters are attentive and friendly. The price is hight but ok. The music is nice. The drinks are overpriced and there is nothing alcohol free under 4€. The entrance is annoying they only let people in who have reserved, or people who look rich hahaha. Toilets are dirty and you'll have to pay 0,50€ per pee. The crowd is boring, too cool to dance. You should go see for yourself, you'll either love it or hate it. Make also sure to bring your gas mask you will be smoked. High heel shoes are not the best as its uneven, stoney and soft. Dress code is shirt or polo and nice shoes, jeans are ok for dudes. For ladies something nice. Age...
