Le Jardin du Bambou — Restaurant in Vielsalm

The experience here last night (Saturday) was a complete farce. We arrived at 6pm to a quiet restaurant.

We were sat down and served drinks ( The only round we were offered) and then placed our order.

Starters came after about 35 minutes and although they we ok they were nothing to get ezciexc about, especially given the price

We finally got our mains at 9pm. Three hours after getting there and had to ask for a second round of drinks.

The place was chaotic and seemed more desperate to please takeaway orders.

I'd eat my own liver before...

Four stars! The waiting times can be quite long (around 20 minutes for the appetizer, 30 minutes for the main course), but every thing is made by hand. You can most definitely taste that everything is homemade here. This restaurant has served me the most delicious fried rice I've ever eaten in my life. I also had the squid, which was served in a really great sauce. The prices of all the dishes aren't too high either. The service was fine and the waitress was very kind.
