Pizza Talia — Restaurant in Waregem

Completely changing my postive statement about them, also taking my pizza needs elsewhere. Simply used the website which was operating very slow to order 1 pizza, due to the slow reaction time of the site it got put in my basket twice. After having removed one and going to the checkout i double check to see the total price. Clearly states that itll be a little over 15 euros, yet somehow when i order i still get 2, have no choice but the pay cause the courier doesnt exactly have the vocabulary nor the effort to understand what went wrong with the order. After calling in about the problem all he had to say was that "you ordered 2 pizzas" And "theres nothing we can do about it".

Defended them on countless occasions but the time is neigh for them to make space for some business more relevant. Would be deeply ashamed if it was me offering this type of customer service. Moving forward i will no longer place my orders through Pizza Talia and go back to Dominos Pizzas. I guess with Dominos gone for a few years the owner of Talia started slacking, and now its in my eyes no longer worth it, specially now dominos have returned.

Update 2024: they tried to deliver my neighbours order at my adress which was alright but after telling him he had the wrong adress and closing the door he clearly dropped the pizza on the driveaway, proceeded to just put it back in the box and deliver it anyway. The sheer nerve even to do it in front of a doorbell can is beyond ...

Elke bestelling is verkeerd. Fout pasta, foute grootte van pizza, verkeerde pizza. Elke keer opnieuw moeten bellen en elke keer in twijfel worden getrokken. Opzich heel lekkere pizza’s maar de bestelling elke keer fout. Ook krijgen we aan telefoon de boodschap dat we onze verkeerde pizza mogen opeten en dat ze een andere zullen brengen. Komen ze reeds aan de deur vragen om een foto van de pizza die ondertussen al opgegeten was. ( dit was een kleinere pizza die we hadden besteld!!) Elke keer ook de boodschap gegeven dat de bestelling niet in orde was en geen reactie op gekregen.
