A Canadian Tourist Review: This is the primary fast food chain in Belgium. It is more expensive than anticipated, the wait was 20 minutes, and the cups are fragile. I grabbed my cup and spilled soda everywhere as the cups are fragile. The bun of my burger was way too big and stale. Very dry with minimal flavor despite it being loaded with toppings. It just doesn't taste good.

Oh! And it took me 20 minutes to order at the kiosk because it kept saying it was an error. Once I deleted the ice cream sundae, the error message disappeared. So you are left to guess which item of yours is sold out if you want to avoid the error message.

As a Canadian, I wouldn't eat here...

Food: It was ok but it took too long to complete an order, causing the food to get cold before serving it to the customer.

You cannot customize your burger or leave anything out because allergy or food restrictions.

Service: Limited staff present, 3 were having their lunch break at 11.30am? It took 18 min to serve the food to the customer.

Atmosphere: It was average, no music, it was dark inside and the floor was slippery/greasy. The Kiosk took ages to print out the...
