We came for my mum’s birthday with a group of 12. The food was very salty, and the place cards were a mess; half the time you had no idea what you were eating. Honestly, it was acceptable at best but definitely not worth coming back for.
On top of that, the customer service was severely lacking. We were only told 5 minutes before 14:30 that the restaurant would be closing, and by then desserts were already being put away and cleaning had started. We completely understand that closing times need to be respected, and we take responsibility for not checking beforehand. Still, not even being able to get dessert felt unreasonable, especially for a large group on a special occasion. A simple notice 15 minutes earlier would have made all the difference. When I mentioned this, the manager brushed it off and rudely said they “can’t go by every table” even though, excluding ours, there were at most 4 tables in the entire restaurant.

Was just disappointed that when we paid our bill, I had expected to pay the prices as stated on their website, but they had increased their pricing and printed it on physical leaflets. It would have been good if they had bothered to update their website pricing as to not mislead customers.
