We stayed at the hotel for six days and had breakfast, lunch, and dinner here. The quality of the food is outstanding, with great attention to detail on every plate. The breakfast buffet is consistently excellent — fresh-squeezed orange juice, smoothies, and made-to-order omelets, just to name a few highlights. Special thanks to Alaa, who goes above and beyond to ensure each omelet is perfectly cooked and beautifully plated. He manages the breakfast service exceptionally well, and we truly enjoyed it. The lunch buffet is just as impressive, featuring perfectly cooked steak, a wide variety of appetizers and salads, homemade desserts, and even house-made ice cream. We ordered some shareable snacks but one of the dishes they brought us was simple standard cheese instead of the nice specialty cheeses. This without informing us and probb thinking they got away with it. Me being a cheese guy noticed and complained. I do have to admit that the staff quickly took action and apologized. They took the dish of the bill which was appreciated. But the fact that the people in the kitchen didn’t say anything leaves me with a uncomfortable feeling.
