Pizza Hut Delivery Zaventem — Restaurant in Zaventem

Very bad customer service! We waited for 2 hours for our order that never arrived, and when we called to see what was happening we were told on a very rude tone that the delivery guy did not find us and didn’t bother to call us either. We went then to pick up the order ourselves and we received a burnt pizza, as per the pictures attached, which was not eatable, and with a piece of melted plastic in the middle! We were lodging at Novotel Zaventem this weekend and my son was craving for pizza yesterday evening. We went out looking for a pizza shop to no avail but an unknown person called Pizza Hut for us and booked for a delivery. 1- the delivery was timely (

Friendly and professional guy serving us on August 14th, around 15 o clock. The other Pizza hut was closed for a technical issue and we found this by surprise. As our son LOVES "Pizza Hütte" as he says, we stopped.

Well there is only table inside but luckily it was empty.

The guy served us a wonderful HOT and creamy chicken pizza to be enjoyed within just a couple of minutes !

Our experience was absolutely fine and we were surprised being served in such an efficient way, considering it´s just a TAKE...
