I recently had the pleasure of dining at Red Chillies - Indian Restaurant, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Nestled in a convenient location, this restaurant offers a true taste of India, making it a standout choice for lovers of Indian cuisine. The moment I entered Red Chillies, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is a perfect blend of modern elegance and traditional Indian elements, creating a cozy and welcoming environment. The soft lighting and comfortable seating added to the overall pleasant ambiance. The menu at Red Chillies is extensive and thoughtfully curated, featuring a wide range of dishes that cater to diverse tastes and dietary preferences. From vegetarian delights to meat and seafood specialties, there is something for everyone. The attention to detail and authenticity in the preparation of each dish is evident, making the dining experience truly special. To start, I ordered the mixed platter of appetizers, which included a variety of delicious items such as samosas, pakoras, and chicken tikka. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and the accompanying chutneys provided the perfect complement to the dishes. The appetizers set a high standard for the rest of the meal. For the main course, I chose the lamb rogan josh and the palak paneer. The lamb rogan josh was cooked to perfection, with tender pieces of lamb simmered in a rich and aromatic sauce. The palak paneer, a spinach and cottage cheese dish, was equally delightful, with its creamy texture and well-balanced spices. The flavors were authentic and reminiscent of traditional Indian home cooking. The naan bread and basmati rice served alongside the mains were fresh and delicious, enhancing the overall meal. I also tried the mango lassi, a refreshing yogurt-based drink, which was the perfect accompaniment to the spicy dishes. To finish the meal, I indulged in the traditional Indian dessert, gulab jamun. These soft, syrup-soaked dumplings were the perfect end to a flavorful meal, providing a sweet and satisfying conclusion. The service at Red Chillies was exceptional. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They ensured that all my needs were met and provided excellent recommendations, enhancing the overall dining experience. In summary, Red Chillies - Indian Restaurant offers a remarkable journey through the flavors of India. The combination of delicious, authentic food, inviting ambiance, and excellent service makes it a must-visit for anyone seeking an exceptional Indian dining experience. I highly recommend Red Chillies and look forward to returning to explore more of their...
Read moreI am not sure why the owner has really opened this restaurant for dine in because owner cares only about the take away orders. She takes ages to server the food who come to the restaurant… this was our 3rd visit and we were served atleast after 1.5 hours every time. I didn’t put the reviews earlier as I wanted to give the benefit of doubt thinking they will be busy but this is their usual practice. They don’t even have any waiter to take the orders.
AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!!!!
Toilets and handwash area smells like hell…
I was not able to reply on owners reply and hence edited my existing review.
The restaurant owner has replied to my review and her reply is completely hypothetical. They are liars, If she dares to show the CCTV footage, then it will be clear at what time we arrived in the restaurant, how long we waited and who misbehaved. I challenge her to put the footage here. One of my friends has already put the Google timeline at what time we arrived in the restaurant. Also her comment on personal servant, let me tell you we ourselves served the water and glasses 😃 … now you can understand. She is all alone trying to do everything and she is not able to manage it. We recommended her to hire some staff.
Also, she has accused us that we have vandalized her restaurant and filed the police complaint, seriously? She should apologize otherwise I will make her apologize legally.
I am again telling this restaurant only focus on delivery and dont care dine in...
Read moreFirst of all we were not served food for 2 hours and after that the owner has the audacity to lie openly that we came after 9 but they forgot the term “Technology”. The google timeline clearly shows when we reached the restaurant. Very naive of you to lie on such a big public forum. In my attached screenshots you can clearly see that we reached at 7:22 and had the menu in our hands at 7:33. Constructive criticism is what the owner is talking about, but for sure she was not able to take criticism or remark of any sort. Any restaurant owner can confirm that if there is only one person who takes your order, cleans your table and also serves you the food, how difficult it becomes to manage. Don’t even want to discuss of hygiene with only one person doing all the chores. Talking about we treating your staff as our personal assistant. First of all you dont have staff it’s just one person. Plus she expected us to please her whereas it should be the other way around. Also if your door is vandalised, blaming us is very immature of you. I hope the police finds out who actually did it, surprising that you don’t have a cctv camera. The restaurant owner and the lady seem to have avoidant personality disorder. We had a small kid with us who was so exhausted because of all the delay that he started crying but still you guys had the audacity to say that you will not be able to do the billing as...
