The Iguana Stop — Restaurant in Belize District

Ordered a 12pc hot wings that should've come with fries and celery and carrots. Paid $25 for it($1 for the box) if you didn't know and a fanta for $2; $3 delivery. Total $30. First of all prices have increased from $20 (listed on the site) to $24. When I called about the missing veggies, I was told by the (clearly ,not experienced person on the other side) "that when I order again she'll just add extra". Oh really?! To add to the nonsense I didn't get a receipt and the hot wings' was just coated with cayenne pepper that was clumped up on the wings. Buy again?! Think again! I guess they only pull out the nice cards and quality for foreigners. Worst experience yet!!!...

The food is Good. The drinks are Good (ask about the secret menu). The service and staff are Good. The scenery is Great! It's on the river bank, and it's not called 'Iguana' Stop for nothing. It's a bit of a drive for locals, but tourists will be okay with the trip (it's like 30mins from the city i think lol). Speaking of the river, there's a Pontoon there too if you wanna get closer to the water (no swimmin tho). It's a great place for a dinner, a lunch, or a hang out....
