My wife and I both had the beef burger with fries and slaw for dinner tonight

We were both terribly disappointed in our meals, especially my wife. The bun of her sandwich covered approximately 1/2 of her plate but the meat patty wasn't 1/4 the size of the bun. In 3 bites, the meat was gone all she had left was enough bread for several hamburgers anywhere else. My sandwich was slightly larger but not significantly.

I tried to express our unhappiness to two waitresses, thinking they would correct the minuscule size of my wife's sandwich but they both snickered, did nothing, and thought I was trying to be humorous in describing the microscopic sized meat patty rather than attempting to appease us by offering my wife another dish or discounting the price of our meal.

We've learned two lessons the last couple times we've eaten at Blues in Corozal: Never order the quesadillas as there are pieces of bone in the chicken, and Never order the beef burger, dinner if you go there because you're hoping to fill yourself up on the...

I’ve been here a few times now, and while the food is consistently good, the service tends to play hide and seek—sometimes attentive, other times you feel like you’re starring in your own survival episode, just trying to pay the bill.

The cochinita pibil is a must-try—flavourful, tender, and served with all the fixings. The pizza was loaded thin crunchy crust very good, and the stuffed jalapeños? Crunchy little spice bombs in the best way.

But the real star here is the atmosphere by the bay. Between the breeze, the view, and the chill vibe, it’s hard to stay annoyed for long—even if you have to wave down your server like you’re flagging a taxi in the rain.

Worth the visit, just pack a...

I definitely recommend this spot...I went there for the first time 2 days ago and everything was great... The service was super, the atmosphere and location was relaxing and very enjoyable sitting so close to the ocean. The food was good and they have a good variety and selection to choose from on the menu... We will definitely return... I had the vegan ceviche and the chicken fajita.... UPDATE!!!!! Well I didn't plan going back so soon but we went back and this time I got the veggie pizza which was decent... Nice size serving... I could only eat half... Will add some more pics... We do plan to go back again.......

I ate there the first time today so it's hard to give the most accurate rating. Do avoid the Caesar salad. They replaced anchovies in the dressing with sugar. The shrimp I added was very good. The fresh watermelon juice was very refreshing. As I was finishing I overheard a local ask if they had fresh conch ceviche. I would have ordered that if it's known. There were numerous seafood and meat options. The menu was quite a number of pages with many pizza options, quite a few desserts and a bar. It's expensive. I'll give it one more try. It's right on the water. Quite beautiful. My photo is that rather than the food.
