Belizemo Pizzeria — Restaurant in Ladyville

I ordered a fanta and a veggie pizza at Belizemo Pizzaria after having a fantastic 10 day adventure in Belize for a wedding.

I absolutely despise food waste and will eat almost anything, largely because when I was seven years old, my close friend's dad beat him pretty badly in front of me for not finishing his food. But the pizza I got from Belizemo Pizzaria (veggie) was so bad I had to throw most of it out. And I was SO hungry.

I'm no pizza snob either, I'll happily eat the absolute trashiest of the frozen microwavable personal pizzas and in my youth I've definitely gone dumpster diving at Little Caesars.

This thing though, was so bad that I feel like I need to give some warning. It was like vegan cheese on a dessicated gram cracker crust with freeze dried veggies that might have met the food quality standards for livestock... But maybe not.

Shoot your shot. Hope your experience is better...

If I could leave a 0 star I would. I’ve been in the country for 1 week and this was the worst service I have had. They did not seem to want my business. I stepped in front of 2 ladies that were looking at the menu not ready to order. The cashier lost told me that there was a line and I had to wait. I stood at the register waiting for the 2 ladies to figure out what they wanted. I stood there like a duck in the middle of the roadway waiting to get run over. I looked at a guy who was working behind the counter with confusion. He shrugged his shoulders and said nothing. At this time I walked out of the restaurant. If they aren’t going to be welcoming of their customers and have any common sense then they won’t have my business. I went to Global Spice Bistro instead and enjoyed a very delicious Thai Chicken Wrap.

P.S. The pizza looked...

Grateful to have them. There's not a place for real food in the airport. Pizza comes out fresh and hot, it's 4 slices but 2 definitely did the trick. Other reviews aren't fair, it's an airport stop not a Michelin star restaurant. I am perfectly satisfied. Yes a little pricey, but have you been in any airport where it's reasonable to your budget? Wonderful staff and greet you with a smile and...
