Sungarden Restaurant — Restaurant in Ladyville

The absolute worst. Woman at the counter this morning took our order and then informed us it would be a 30min wait. Actually ended up being more like 45min+. I had asked no less than 3 times if the breakfast burrito had bell peppers in it because I’m allergic. She said no multiple times. We finally get our food and I bite into it and it has bell peppers. I’m starving at this point and our plane has started to board. My husband talked to her about it and she didn’t believe him. He shows it to her with the bell peppers and she just shrugs it off. He asked for a refund and she refused....

Only restaurant and we decided to go for it since we were hungry. I asked the girl for a combo (and asked if it fed two people)— Waited thirty or more minutes after placing order and they came to tell me they didn’t have what I ordered. I changed the order and they brought me back a tiny fish an hour later. I asked if we could change it as if that wasn’t gonna feed the two people. She said “you can add more food but for more money”. Also, the rest of my friends food came two hours later :) terrible service, miserable food....

Ordered food at the airport location in Belize City. Most of the items on the menu required a 30-35 minute wait as it had to come from a different location not inside the terminal. Left with only a few items from the catering style food service line - the stewed chicken, curry chicken and friend chicken. The three different cooked chickens were good. Price was ok. If I had more time, I probably would have just ordered elsewhere but the food alone...
