The tea is delicious I really love the different options however I'm very disappointed in the customer service, I always say the next time I go in perhaps the young female staff will act more professional however, when your ordering you feel a sense of being rushed and impatience, the menu is large and customers would like to try new things when going there. I had a mistake order once and tried to clarify the issue and the entire staff took full attention to me in a defensive behaviour. Ultimately this place needs to do a check on customer service I hope the manager sees this, I thought I was the only one treated that way but checking back with many others the same has occurred at both locations but for me at the Santa Elena location...hope the service...

We bought a a sweet treat and drink each. The treat (carrot cake and blueberry banana loaf) was good flavor wise, but cold and hard. Maybe adding a little care into warming it for in-house eating would make it better 100%.

I bought a Rose Matcha and it taste like straight up perfume. We sent it back and they made it again, but it still wasn’t drinkable. A young lady came and explain that the rose is suppose to taste like perfume đŸ€”. Im not sure who would drink perfume but I ended up drinking my water I came in with and no alternative was offered.

Perhaps a little more staff training would be helpful to prevent this experience for other customers. The interior...

I wish you could leave more than five ⭐. Bambu Tea is truly phenomenal! You won't find another place in Belize as fine as this with such a relaxing atmosphere and friendly service. Don't come here if you're in a hurry......you will want to hang out. I haven't had a chance to try everything yet but all of the #madefromscratch goodies are amazing. Of everything I've tried so far the #grilledcheese is my favorite. I vote it the best in the world. Even having a croque monsieur in Paris doesn't compete with this. Right now I'm having the super latte. I have never had such a fine latte. I'm only 3 days into my trip to Belize and this is my...

We’ve been to Bambu multiple times on this trip, and every bite has been absolutely delicious! The Thai chicken grilled cheese is a must-try, and their bubble tea selection is hands down the largest I’ve ever seen. But the real showstopper? Their Polar Express Christmas decorations! From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by the conductor’s voice, the sound of a train, and a magical holiday display that’s straight out of a movie. If you’re visiting San Ignacio or Santa Elena, make sure to stop by—especially during the Christmas season! You won’t regret it!

Bambu CafĂ© is a hidden gem in Santa Elena! We stopped in for coffee and left wishing we had time to try everything on the menu. The atmosphere is laid-back with a jungle vibe, perfect for a slow morning or a mid-day recharge. We had coffee, Thai wrap, salad, and a chocolate treat. The food is fresh and flavorful with great portion sizes. Lots of healthy options, but also plenty of treats if you’re feeling indulgent. We enjoyed eating on the swings. It is next to a gas station, but it is a different business.
