Cornetto Italian Ice Cream & Mc Bouffe — Restaurant in Cotonou

I sent my kids to Cornetto for their 5th birthday all d way from Lagos Nigeria. I must confess, it wasn't as expected. They need to erase d "Italian" outta their inscription. They don't serve Italian meals but Lebanese! First my kids favourite food is spaghetti and pasta of any kinds and shapes but I was disappointed when d spaghetti we ordered arrived. My kids weren't willing to take another spoon. All I heard was "mama ds spagh isn't nice" ha! I tasted and I was disappointed. Spaghetti Bolognese in a Lebanese way.... Tufiakwa! No salt and typically tasteless! I tried adding sauce and some available spices still....no taste, so I decided to probe one of d workers to be sure it's an Italian restaurant. And it came to be true dt it's a Lebanese restaurant. The ice-cream taste good though. The doughnuts and cakes doesn't taste fresh, obviously it's been on shelf for days. The atmosphere is sweet for pictures and yeah u can ask for Lebanese meals but don't high Ur hope dt u coming in there for some Italian meals....I promise u will be...

Lovely spot. Had lunch here with my friend, she ordered salad, rolls, and cow tongue (boeuf langue salade), while I had a cheeseburger. Good size portions but save room for dessert! Friendly service, love the open, airy atmosphere. It has two levels, and there is a play room upstairs monitored via camera that connects to a television downstairs so parents can relax while keeping an eye on kiddos. They also have several little colorful, toylike statuettes as decor. The sweets selection is great, pictured here is the blue schtroumph ice cream and red velvet I ordered, and a chocolate chip scoop and a strawberry scoop my friend ordered....

This is another wow experience and visit to this place for my family and friends. I absolutely enjoy the time,atmosphere and dinning here.

The first thing is the ambience and colour set up. The combination is very thrilling in addition to the festive period. The place was fairly busy with customers of different nationalities. I choose a nice conner with a soft sofa

The array of cake and ice cream is unbelievably sweet. It's hard to resist. The taste was so yummy. I ordered a honey pancake.
