This cafe is a one-star tragedy, though even that feels generous. The woman behind the counter treated me like I owed her rent for breathing air. Cold pizza and bland coffee were served with a side of her passive-aggressive attitude. I considered leaving, but my sister convinced me to stay and suffer through the food that was left on the counter without even notifying us. It's a mystery how she's still employed there, as she clearly hates her job more than I hate her service. If she reads this, I suggest she migrate to Australia – she'll probably hate it there too. We ordered coffee and pizza. As for food, I would give 3.5 since the pizza was good and the coffee was just about normal. However, the customer service was quite poor. We ordered mocha and coffee caramel latte, but the person misread the order and bought latte instead of mocha. Also, there was little effort to offer the correct order.. also, when billing, the counter person had added chicken patty in the bill, which was already paid for. When we told that we've already paid for that, as that was a takeaway and given evidence also, there was no acknowledgment for the inconvenience caused.
