If you are looking for a silent outskirt place to drink a beer or Tongba in Thimphu City, this place is perfect for you. If you are trying to release stress from work or city life near the nature either with drinks or fresh air, this place is ideal for you. The place is hardly 1 km from Kalabazar or 3km from town on the way to famous Budhha Droedma Satutue in Kuenselphodrang. One can park the car on the road side and walk below the road. They serve you hot Tongba-locally brewed alcohol at reasonable rate. They have òther drinks varieties from local to foreign drink like jackdonel/redlevel/blacklevel,etc. Wines are available and vodka too. They serve you beer 🍺 😏 too. They serve you quality lemon tea /coffer or tea. They have small book corner for book lovers and also flowers corner along side. You can see small outside flower gardens with small canopy for Carom board too. They have varieties of flowers around and ornamental bamboo by the side fence. There is a khuru play ground below the flower garden and canopy area. They have a small camp fire site area inside the canopy garden too. So, one can enjoy the winter warth at the fire place too. They too have Bhukari- Fireplace provision in the cabin during winter season. Thus, your body will be kept warm by fire if not by your drinks. The place is often crowded till late mid night for those who want to drink away from city. The place is also more entertaining for those who love to go outskirt and enjoy the beauty around. One can see Thimphu City well lit at night from the road point and enjoy the beauty. Near to city yet feels away and silent country side area. Try your Tongba or Tea!
