Just came back from Bilawal restaurant located in nasseriya. Pathetic service. Order was served late. Soup (as a starter) arrived very late that too with no condiments. Way too much vinegar in soup. Kids couldn’t have it. Food arrived late. Order mix bbq platter and mutton koyla kadhai. Many items were missed in bbq platter and Kadhai literally had no taste. More like black pepper gravy. Asked for lemon n salt at the beginning when they served salad and raita and it was served at the end even after asking multiple times. Well , not happy with management as I don’t think it’s waiters mistake , I will held responsible to kitchen staff and the one who is managing. Very basic items were missing from the table I really wanted to complain there but couldn’t stand another minute, requested to pack my food and make it a parcel. It was literally untouched just few bites from platter n ka dahi. Had to give it to car cleaners there. Request to owner to kindly take notice. "I went to Bilawal Khan Restaurant in Sharjah three weeks ago, and it's really very nice! I tried their famous Pakistani Fish Rohu, BBQ to perfection! Special mention, this place is a MUST-VISIT for all BBQ Fish lovers, especially in this cool climate!

Price also very reasonable, not expensive. Staff very cooperative, helpful, and friendly. But what really impressed me was the manager - cool man! He personally checked on us, asking how the food tasted, if it was prepared to our liking, and if the BBQ was done to our expertise. He even asked if we needed any changes or adjustments! He also asked if the fish met our expectations in terms of taste and BBQ, and offered to change it if needed!

Bilal Khan Restaurant is a the restaurant has created a hype on TikTok by it's owner. This restaurant is a huge disaster. Our experience with them has been very very bad. Neither their food taste is good nor their service is good. We ordered grilled fish, but the fish only had turmeric and red chilli taste, apart from that, the fish was tasteless. There were such fine thorns inside the fish that they were sticking in the mouth even after being removed. One roti was initially given for four people with fish . Their service is so slow that after eating the food, we were served raita, which we kept asking for throughout the meal. The food arrived 40 minutes after ordering and even then we were not served the entire meal. This restaurant is just a disaster, we can never even think of going there again....
