Mire, uno entra a lo que parece un restaurante chino respetable, logo brillante, muchas mesas, seguramente de alguna gran cadena. y claro espera, por lo menos, un poco de eficiencia. En vez de eso, lo que recibe es un viaje directo a 1983. Ordenes anotadas con lápiz y papel. Totales sumados a mano. ¿Factura? Escrita como tarea escolar. Casi pensé que me traerían la cuenta tallada en piedra.
