Excellent fresh cookies. Original ideas and the flavors are divine! The oatmeal cookie is soft and flavorful, the soft cinismos flavor is extremely enjoyable with a coffee. The lemon pie cookie is good too, very rich in flavor. The carrot cake cookie is by far the best one, in my opinion. It’s filled with a cream cheese filling that is not overpowering but gives the cookie a soft sweet flavor. The chocolate chip cookie filled with brownie is also really good. I would suggest trying all their cookies they all are amazing!

I took my very first trip to Isabella's today and it is truly one of the cutest, most delicious stops to make in Cochabamba, Bolivia! I highly recommend their cookies!! They are the perfect texture of chewy cookie goodness!! Not only that, but the staff are so kind and friendly. Definitely coming back another time!

Las galletas son buenísimas pero su servicio deja mucho que desear. 1) Realicé mi pedido a través de la plataforma y lo programé para entrega a las 1:45 pm. A las 1:45 les escribo y me responden a las 2:00 diciéndome que recién lo prepararán. Al final me llega a las 2:15 y no recibo ningún comentario por la demora. 2) Mi pedido consistía en 7 galletas, de las cuales solo me llegan 6. Les escribí a las 2:18 y recién me responden a las 2:42 diciendo “pucha se nos fué, una disculpa”. Además tb me dicen “podrías pasar por la tienda para que te demos una cortesía”. Yo realicé un pedido para ENVÍO a domicilio. Hubo un error por parte de ustedes, no mío. Lo mínimo que podrían haber hecho es enviar la galleta que faltaba o en su defecto devolver el dinero de ella. Al final ya ni me respondieron nada jajaja.

I took my very first trip to Isabella's today and it is truly one of the cutest, most delicious stops to make in Cochabamba, Bolivia! I highly recommend their cookies!! Puntos fuertes: LA GALLETA DE CARROT CAKE!! eso juega en otra ligas, la humedad, sabor, nivel de azucar son mucho, la de ginger y red velvet igual es algo clasica y muy agradable la double chocolate con un vaso de leche me hizo recuerdo a mi infancia, la presentancion es muy bonita

Puntos Medios: algunas tienden a romperse muy facil y es dificil disfrutar asi una galleta que se quiebra tanto, algunas galletas como la de tiramisu son muy dulces-empalagosas

puntos malos: la cookie bar fue algo decepcionante ya que en fotos y videos se veia mucho mas alto la parte que parece cheesecake, la mia apenas tenia un poco mas de 1 cm de alto, la pasta de pistacho no estaba bien, sabia a pistacho artificial, no fue de mi agrado

Resumen, son las mejores galletas que comi, esta ultima vez que fui me quede con ganas de la apple pie, tal vez por la alta demanda se van acabando, mejoran el nivel de azucar en algunas y la pasta de pistacho y no creo que vaya a tener...
