The food tasted good, but the customer service was a disaster. Went for lunch with my family, hoping for a nice time, but it turned into a nightmare. The servers ignored us until we complained, and then it took them ages to bring our food—over an hour!

People who came in later got served quicker. And to top it off, when they finally brought our order, a plate was missing. Waited even longer for the right one, but when it came, it wasn't what I ordered! Asked for Milanesa Napolitana, got a regular one.
