Restaurant REUFF — Restaurant in City of Sarajevo

Absolutely disappointing – not even worth one star I visited this restaurant with my husband, and unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely negative. The food was poorly prepared, the atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the service was highly unprofessional. I left an honest 1-star review on Google afterwards.

What happened next was shocking: as we were leaving, a waiter ran after us and confronted us aggressively because of the negative review. This behavior is completely unacceptable, inappropriate, and honestly quite frightening.

I strongly do not recommend this place. Feedback should be taken professionally – instead, we were harassed. A totally disrespectful and disturbing experience. Never again!

You'll find a friendly and welcoming waiter who will recommend dishes from the menu (available only in the local language) that will be priced completely out of line (20 EUR/39KM for a stew with 4 pieces of meat and 2 potatoes), which anyone who knows how to read the menu would never order. So (even though it's ugly and I've never done it in my life), if you want to eat here, you should ask which menu item the two dishes they highly recommend correspond to.

Be aware that they use this trick to make you leave with a bill at least double that of any other restaurant in the area. It's a shame about this "cunning" approach because the food was quite good and the atmosphere was nice, but this tourist scam is truly unpleasant and...

طلبت حمص و صحن مشويات مشكل لشخصين رأيي الشخصي فيه كما يلي :- الحمص لذيييذ و حجمه كبير المشويات لذييذة و تتبيلة حلوة المكان و الطاولات بسيط جدا و نظيف و مريح عيبه الوحيد و الذي أزعجني جدا للأسف يستغفل السائح الخليجي و يرفع عليه السعر كثير ( طلبي الموجود في الصور ٨٣ مارك ما يساوي ١٦٦ ريال) خرجت من المطعم متضايق

طريقة القرسون في استغفال السائح بعد ما تجلس على الطاولة المنيو باللغة البوسنية فقط بيجي يطلع لك الجوال و يوريك صور و بيقولك أفضل الاطباق اللي عندهم و ينصحك و الحقيقة الأطباق اللي ينصح فيها لذيذة. طبعا اذا أخذت بكلامه و ما قلت له كم الحساب و طلب منه الفاتورة في البداية قبل ما يسوي الطلب إذا جيت تحاسب بعد ما تخلص و بيضاعف عليك الفاتورة و انت طبعا بحكم انك سائح و اول مرة تجي هالمطعم و ما تعرف بتدفع (الحقيقة اسلوب الغرسون في التعامل محترم) بس بعدين أكلنا خازوق إياكم أن تقعوا في الفخ قله كم الحساب و اطلب منه الفاتورة بالتفصيل قبل أي شيء

أحببت أفيدكم حتى لا يحصل معكم مثل ما حصل معي
