Wimpy — Restaurant in North-East District

on the 24th of November we visited your Wimpy branch in Nzano .I was in the company of my 2 cousins and as it was black Friday parking was a problem .My cousin went to look for parking whilst i went ahead to order our breakfast. I picked something from the menu which I presumed would not be challenging to prepare (time-wise).I even went one step further to ask the waitress how long she thought it would take and i was told 15-20 minutes. I sat there patiently for about 5 minutes and my cousin came in and we waited for our order , i then went and informed the same waitress that i was going to game stores to purchase something in the meantime my cousin would remain behind and wait for our order , if it so happens that the food would be ready before i had made my purchase my cousin was to call and i would promptly return . Anyhow i went and returned approximately 20 minutes later and still our order was not ready.The most frustrating and infuriating thing was that people who had walked in way after us were already enjoying meals which were quite similar to what we ordered .I hope this had nothing to do with the three of us being foreigners and not being able to converse in the native language .Suffice to say another 10 minutes and still no food , this was now roughly 50 minutes from my ordering to still not getting any food .I just got fed up told the lady who appeared to be in charge my complaint and walked out and got ourselves some Nandos (thank God the service there was excellent ). I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to eat at that...

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Wimpy (Nzano) during my stay in Botswana, and it was an experience worth every moment. The meal was absolutely delicious, offering a perfect balance of taste and variety. The portions were generous, allowing me to eat to the fullest of my capacity. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and served with a friendly smile. I left completely satisfied, knowing that I'll definitely be returning the next time I'm in town. Wimpy truly knows how to deliver a top-notch breakfast experience!

Service is terrible. Arrived at 19:30pm, as per Google you are supposed to close at 21:30. Only to be told by staff they are closing at 20:00pm. They can only assist with take aways. Wanted to order main meals and was only told they can do easy items like burgers or sandwiches, not even ice cream as they already cleaned the machine.

As per the manager we were not the first customers to complain this week about the actual hours that does not correspond with what...
