Sempre comprei nessa loja, até aí nada a reclamar.

Porém, no dia que decidi trocar os pontos por produtos, a qualidade do atendimento caiu tanto que até me senti constrangida de fazer o pedido.

Fora que passei por 2 atendentes e nenhuma delas estava por dentro do programa de pontos.

No fim, consegui retirar os produtos, mas a experiência foi negativa e bem diferente de quando estamos fazendo compras.

Uma pena,...
