We visited last year and had the pleasure of meeting Paola’s father who had arrived from Italy to live in Bahia.
This time we are disappointed as I write live in the restaurant. We arrived at 19.30 and having ordered promptly (only one very busy table being served) we still don’t have what we ordered and it’s 21.05! We were ‘assured’ a 20 minutes wait. My companions - young child of 2 and older grandmother (party of 7) - wish to leave.
We won’t be back as don’t feel we were served or seen this day. The pizza is generally ‘mighty fine’ here (thin crust and a cut above the rest) tho tonight it is overcooked compared to gourmet variants I’ve tasted all over ..the taste is somehow...

The pizza is the best in this town.
I have eaten pizza at every place in this town over the past four years.
The servers are friendly and helpful.
The owned comes to each table and welcomes you.
They also will offer half/ half pizzas.
The prices are very reasonable.
The atmosphere in this restaurant is very relaxing , the music 🎵 is at a low level. So you can have a conversation at your table without raising your voice.

Read moreIt is a bit further from the main area, but the environment there is great and the pizza was, honestly, one of the best we ever had. Although the waitress made a little mistake and ordered the wrong pizza for us, they quickly fixed it and ordered a new one. The same waitress also brought a different beer from the one we ordered and after these two errors she didn't seem very friendly any more, but I guess it just wasn't a good day for her. The other staff were still super friendly...
