This restaurant, even if not owned by a "Mineiro" (natives from the State of Minas Gerais), exudes the typical style of that State of Brazil, from the decoration to the menu! The staff is cordial, albeit in the Brazilian way, which is very laid back. They offer two options: all-you-can-eat or weighted buffet. To go with the first, you take the round shaped plate, for the latter, the hexagonal one. The place is unexpensive and they even have a little wooden playground to entertain the little ones. Fui totalmente desrespeitada pelo restaurante Engenho do Campeche. Solicitei almoço pelo IFood com os seguintes itens; macarrão, frango a milanesa e batata frita . Após 1:30 de espera eu recebo uma porção de macarrão parafuso totalmente cru com dois pedaços de fatias do frango. O MACARRÃO veio cru, quando eu comi eu não acreditei que paguei 27,00 para comer apenas dois pedaços de frango com a batata frita bem encharcado de olho e o macarrão Cru, sem nenhum molho totalmente sem nada. Não acreditei quando recebi. O pior que entrei em contato explicando a situação e disserem de reembolsar o meu dinheiro, um tempo depois recebi no extrato R$7,00 referente ao meu reembolso de uma comida que mal pude comer por está CRU. Me sentir totalmente lesada com a situação, uma falta enorme de consideração ao cliente, estão lidando com comida.
