Príncipe do Líbano — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Florianópolis

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with this place. We ordered two of the combos (2 and 3), along with the stuffed grape vine leaves and a fattoush salad. I'd say that I'm quite familiar with Lebanese cuisine (at least the most common dishes), but very few of the dishes had similar flavours to what I'm used to and none of them were as rich in flavour as what I've tasted elsewhere.

That being said, this is the first Lebanese restaurant I've eaten at in Brazil, so I can't say how it compares to other places here.

On the positive side, they were very quick to deliver and responded quickly to my questions...

A melhor comida árabe de Florianópolis! Já fui em bons restaurantes árabes em floripa, e nos ruins também. E o melhor de todos é o príncipe do Líbano. Não espere um ambiente “instagramavel” ou embalagens sofisticadas, mas do sabor, pode esperar tudo, porque isso é o que eles tem de melhor! Comida árabe de verdade, com tempero, sabor, feita por quem entende (eles são libaneses de verdade). A coalhada seca é um show à parte, divina! A massa da esfiha é perfeita e o sabor da esfiha de carne é sem comparação. Faz anos que vou lá (normalmente pego pra levar pra casa) e ainda não consegui decidir se prefiro a esfiha aberta, fechada ou semi aberta. Para os vegetarianos, recomendo a de queijo que é super bem recheada com queijo de qualidade. O kibe cru e o shawarma são deliciosos. Na verdade nunca comi nada que não fosse delicioso ali.
