One of the oldest and most stable coffee places in Campeche, looks like a family business. A typical point of meetings, a good cozy corner to have a cup of coffee when it rains (and it rains A LOT here). Recently, their restroom got significanlty better and cleaner (!) Generally, average-to-good non-sweet bakery (sweet one is, well, Brazilian ;)) The coffee could be less basic for this price. What makes this place stand out is certainly its situation in the logistic center of the neighborhood. Esta reseña es sobretodo para turistas extrajeros. Les recomiendo que si pueden evitar este lugar lo hagan. Es muy caro para lo que es y el trato es pésimo. Fuimos dos veces y una peor que la otra. La primera vez, nos trataron con bastante apatía. Cero voluntad de comunicarse por parte de las personas que atendían en la panadería. Tardamos una millonada de tiempo para comprar dos paõ de queijo. Nos quedaba al lado del alojamiento por eso volvimos a comprar. Y la segunda fue terrorífica. Compré un agua, el pagó se realizó con éxito y luego mi celular se quedó sin batería. El hombre de la caja me dijo que el pago no se había realizado por lo que mi pareja volvió a pagar. En cuanto pude encender mi celular y corroborar que efectivamente el pago SI se había realizado, él se negaba a aceptar que si se había hecho. Le tuve que pedir por favor que me mostrara los pagos para señalarle que mi pago sí estaba hecho. A la cual no ofreció ninguna disculpa ni mucho menos una alternativa por el pago doble. Mi pareja tuvo que pedirle un chocolate para llevarnos (que ni siquiera compensaba el valor de lo que yo ya había pagado). Cero empatía y ganas de comunicarse y entendernos o llegar a un acuerdo. Lots of delicious foods and drinks! The bakery is amazing and the hot chocolates are thick and tasty. Nice and chilled atmosphere too. All the staff were friendly and the seats and tables were all very clean. The prices were pretty good as well. You can also always find seats as it is never too busy.
